Now based in St. Petersburg, Kathleen brings her sharp legal mind and heart for service to families across the Tampa Bay area.
Kathleen is a bold advocate who doesn’t hesitate to litigate when necessary, but she also knows the power of resolution when it’s in your best interest. With a background that includes personal injury, criminal defense, business litigation, and guardianship, Kathleen offers her clients a wide-angle view of the law and how to use it to their advantage — particularly in high-conflict or complex family law cases.

Her leadership extends beyond the courtroom — Kathleen has served on more than a dozen committees through the Florida Bar Family Law Section and the Clearwater Bar Association, where she co-chairs the Family and Collaborative Law Section.
